Where Cushing, OK Says HELLO to FALL! 

Hosted by the Cushing Chamber of Commerce, this fun event is held annually on the last Saturday in September in Cushing's beautiful Memorial Park, corner of 5th Street and Little Ave, from 9 am - 2 pm.

Bring the whole family out to enjoy free rides and attractions, watch displays by a roaming magician, eat amazing homemade foods provided by local NonProfits for fundraisers, shop at all the diverse & eclectic vendor booths, and get engaged with local artists and at some artist booths, create your art!

Capstone The Magician will be performing in the park on his stage throughout the day! We will also have a CARICATURE ARTIST this year, so grab your bestie and get a drawing of the two of you!

OTHER ENTERTAINMENT: 
On the Memorial Park Amphitheater Stage, 9 am - 1 pm, our local Cushing kiddos will be entertaining the crowds on stage.  From Dance Star Productions to the High School Dance Teams, Choir, Band, and all ages Cheer Squads......

Several Free Rides and Attractions will also be on hand, made possible by our amazing local business community sponsors.. And maybe even a Cushing FFA Petting Zoo!  

SHOPPING:
Festival-goers can browse & shop booths featuring canvas art, crafts, jewelry, leatherwork, woodwork, vintage marketplace products, pottery, Boutiques, and more. Vendor booths are not duplicated, so there is a variety of products to purchase and see.  Some booths are even available where you can create something for a small fee.  These make unique, one-of-a-kind Christmas presents, birthday presents, or even just-cause presents!  
Vendors will also be doing their artwork during the festival so you can watch in awe all of their great talents, while you graze through their products for purchase.  Some Vendor Booths may even have make and take sessions so that you can learn how to make your own piece of artwork and take it home! 

Local Cushing businesses & Non-Profits will also have booths where you can play games for prizes; find out more about our local businesses and Non-Profits; enter to WIN giveaways; and some will have free children's activities, such as coloring sheets or different types of art to create.  

Do Roku with The Lachenmeyer Arts Center!  Make and decorate your own roku; then come back to The Lachenmeyer Arts Center table after about an hour while they fire your masterpiece in their on-site kiln...It's so Cool!  And think... A one of a kind masterpiece to give away as a present to loved ones! The kiddos LOVE it!


 THE BEST KINDS OF FOOD BOOTHS & FOOD TRUCKS! FANTASTIC VARIETY! 
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head over to the food booths offered by nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and FOOD TRUCKS, that will be donating a portion of their profits made at the festival to a local Cushing Nonprofit Org.; Sports Club; and/or Civic Organization. There no duplication of items, so the varieties are all unique!  The Non-Profit Organizations, small businesses, and food trucks will be:

Nothing Bundt Cakes -Individually wrapped Bundt cakes
Lolli & Pop's Food Truck - Fair Foods!! 

....Food fundraiser booths/food trucks will be added as they register for a spot at the festival. Stay Tuned!

FOOD TRUCKS! 
All Food Trucks will be donating a portion of their proceeds made at the Festival to a Cushing, OK Charity, Civic Non-Profit Organization or Non-profit sporting club, to keep with the policy and traditions of our time-honored Festival in the Park.  The Cushing Chamber will supply list of Cushing, OK Nonprofits to choose from.  At end of Festival, Food Truck will be required to take a Facebook Video with the Cushing Chamber giving the donation to the Cushing, OK organization of your choice.  The Cushing Chamber can give the donation to the organization of your choice in your name.  




Festival in the Park Description of the different booth registration levels: 

Marketplace/Artisan Vendors:  Jewelry Makers - Leather Works - Metal Works - High-End Vintage Marketplace - Boutiques - Artists - Artisans - succulents - A Vendor Booth is anyone that has a PRODUCT/ITEM(S) to sell to the public.  Vendors are also HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to make their artwork while at the Festival (Show off your talents!), as well as charge the public a small fee to do a project of your booth (Make & Take Sessions).  For example, making a piece of Jewelry; picking out a succulent & pot to make your potted succulent to take home; mini artwork pieces; etc. A small fee is up to the Vendor. Make sure you have SIGNS at your booth to let the public know they can create something.  Let the Chamber know as well so we can pre-market your booth. Please mark this on your Vendor Booth Application.  

Business or Non-Profit Informational Organization Booths:  Any business or Non-Profit organization is welcome to have a booth to connect with the public.  Doing some type of activity with the public is encouraged:  Prizes; giveaways; drawings; etc.  Bring your swag, pamphlets, brochures, etc., and have fun with the community! 

Non-Profit/Fundraiser Food (Concession) BoothsALL FOOD BOOTHS MUST BE FOR A LOCAL CUSHING, OK NONPROFIT ORG.; SPORTS CLUB; CIVIC ORG.; ETC. FUNDRAISER.  No Food Trucks are allowed unless it is being used for a Cushing, OK Non-Profit Fundraiser.  Nonprofits can be:  Sports Clubs; Civic Organizations; 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organizations; Arts Clubs (Drama, Band, Etc); Churches; etc.  Please call the Cushing Chamber & speak to Pres. & CEO Tracy Caulfield to discuss Food Truck fundraisers.  No food items will be duplicated; One (1) booth per food item(s) to enable fairness & variety of items for sale.  For example, two food booths can have a bake sale, but only one booth may sell chocolate chip cookies and the other booth will sell butterscotch cookies.  

Cushing Chamber Members receive special discounts on any booth type; please be sure to click the appropriate booth name if you are a Cushing Chamber Member.

BOOTH FINE PRINT:
 - Hard copies of all Booth Registration forms are available in the Cushing Chamber Visitor's Center, which is open 24/7 for your convenience.  
 - All booth fees are non-refundable once paid in full.  
 - Porta-Johns are on-site.  
 - All booths are required to give their EIN number or SS# in order to do booth registration.  We report all booths to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.   
 - All Booths are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and 50 ft. - 100 ft. Outdoor Rated Extension Cord, if electricity is desired.  
 - Chamber Members receive free 10x10 tent rentals; Non-Members may rent a tent for $10/each 10x10 tent. Tents will be popped and ready in booth's designated location before arrival on Saturday morning. Option available in online registration and on downloadable PDF's.
 - Booth location map will be emailed out to all booths on Friday, Sept. 27.  Please be sure to include a GOOD Email address that is checked regularly on registration form.  
 - Online Registration has a simple box to click to agree to our Liability waiver and Terms and Conditions form.  For your reference, we will email a copy of these forms for your records after we receive notification of online registration submission.  

 - Political Candidates and/or incumbents cannot have a booth on the Cushing Chamber Festival in the Park due to the Cushing Chamber bylaws; HOWEVER, political candidates and/or incumbents may be a contestant in the Cushing Lions Club Chili Cook-Off and have a booth in that event during the Cushing Chamber Festival in the Park.  See above on this page for the link to their event page, or check our website event calendar for their event page with online registration option.  
 - Estimated Attendance:  4,000+ during the entirety of the festival, 9 am - 2 pm.  2023 attendance: 5,000+
